Anders is an experienced finance professional with over 20 years of experience across a broad range of roles in complex, international environments. He brings deep expertise in financial reporting and technical accounting, alongside a strong track record of managing complex accounting matters and delivering high-quality, compliant financial information.

He holds a Master of Science in Accounting and began his career at Big Four firm EY in Sweden. Since then, Anders has continued to build his experience through a series of senior finance roles, developing particular strength in financial governance, internal controls, and supporting strategic decision-making in dynamic organisations.

Prior to joining Complement Therapeutics, he held senior finance roles within the biotechnology sector, including at Autolus Therapeutics, where he contributed to financial operations in a fast-paced, publicly listed environment.

Anders currently serves as Associate Director, Financial Reporting and Controls at Complement Therapeutics. In this role, he oversees financial reporting processes and continues to enhance the company’s internal control framework, supporting its ongoing growth and development.
