At Complement Therapeutics, Harry has taken on increasing responsibility across program delivery and operations as the company has grown. He was one of the earliest employees closely involved in securing the company’s €72M Series A financing, supporting due diligence and investor engagement. As the company advanced into the clinic, he led cross-functional strategy and execution to achieve regulatory approval and first patient dosed, integrating Non-clinical, CMC, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality and Finance functions to align delivery with corporate objectives. His remit now spans program leadership, governance, and corporate communications, supporting clinical progression and long-term enterprise value creation.

Earlier in his career at LIfT Biosciences, Harry worked across process development, strategy, and operations, contributing to the company’s growth. He holds a background in Biochemistry and Biochemical Engineering from Imperial College London and UCL, and completed his MBA in 2021.
