Nitin is a senior clinical science leader with broad experience in global drug development, medical affairs and ophthalmology. With over 13 years in clinical practice and 13 years in the biopharmaceutical industry, including roles at Bayer and Roche, he has led early- and late-stage development programmes, major therapy area and indication launches, and evidence generation strategies across monoclonal and bispecific antibodies, including aflibercept, faricimab, vamilibart and satralizumab, as well as gene therapy programmes such as CTx001.

Nitin has a proven track record in shaping integrated clinical and medical strategies, managing regulatory and payer engagements, and building high-performing cross-functional and field-based teams. His expertise spans trial design, real-world evidence generation, device development and KOL engagement. He serves as Vice President, Clinical Science at Complement Therapeutics.
