Rachel brings 30 years of experience in regulated bioanalysis, supporting diverse programmes across multiple therapeutic modalities. Her career began with roles at Sanofi and Huntingdon Life Sciences before joining HFL, where she established an LC-MS/MS bioanalytical laboratory from the ground up.

As the organisation grew and underwent acquisitions, Rachel progressed through increasingly senior leadership positions, ultimately serving as Head of UK Operations. In this role, she directed comprehensive bioanalytical capabilities spanning pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity and biomarker assay groups using LC-MS/MS, immunoassay and flow cytometry platforms. Her remit also encompassed CMC Analytical and Materials Science teams, reflecting broad technical leadership across the drug development spectrum. She has extensive knowledge of GLP and GCLP compliance frameworks.
