Rachel has over 25 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors and is a senior quality and compliance leader driving organisational readiness and enabling confident, successful programme execution. She leads the design, governance and evolution of Complement Therapeutics’ Quality Management System, establishing scalable, risk-based frameworks that promote inspection readiness, regulatory confidence, high-quality data and enterprise-wide compliance, including data protection and health and safety.

Building on a track record of decisive programme leadership across preclinical and clinical development, Rachel has guided assets from discovery through Phase I to Phase III studies across multiple therapeutic modalities and disease areas. She leverages this breadth of experience to advance development programmes efficiently while maintaining rigorous quality and compliance standards.
